Import LandXML File

GeoCadastre is able to read a LandXML file using the Conversions/LandXML/Import LandXML File menu option.

The LandXML file will be read in and converted to parcels in geocadastre format. They can then be viewed on the screen and manipulated in the normal way.

Parcel File Type
You can choose one of three types of file.

NSW Parcel File
QLD Parcel File
NZ Parcel File

Because each government authority has different semantic interpretation of the data in a LandXML file you must select the correct option before pressing the OK button.

It will read in the following items:

<CgPoints> - Easting, Northing, [Height,] Name, Code

<Parcel> - read in as a string
